Description of Work: It was a nightmare! Don't call them for any reason they will take your money! They were to pour concrete footings, build a block wall, frame for a remodel, hang the drywall texture and paint. All in all about $140,000.00.After this Iggy guy talked his bull, I gave him the deposit. The concrete blocks were delivered andf they put them in my neighbors yard so I took a whole weekend moving the blocks by myself onto our property He wouldn't answer his phone.The promises were made but every day nothing would be done. He promised to be ready for inspection after inspection, the inspector would show up and nothing was built to the plan.He talked me into the deposit for the drywall and didn't show up for two weeks. I called every day so I finally hired someone else to finish the work. On the third week he finally callled me back and told me they jusst got back from a trip to Hawaii. I lost it. He wouldn't even show up to get fired , I invitede he and his wife over for dinner and gave him the inventory list of what we had and balances due. They owe me 1500.00 at this point they ran out of the front yard never to be heard from again. I'm shaking as I type this it was so upsetting. I would go to the house after work to see the progress for the day and nothing would be done,nobody on site for weeks. I would just throw up.Don't let Iggy on your property, you will regret it. He talks a good game but it's all B.S.If you have him on your property run.... run like your butts on fire and the nearest water is a mile away
