BAY ORNAMENTAL IRON

I left Bay Ornamental Iron a voice mail on Wednesday July 14th requesting a call back. Elise (sp.) called me back shortly afterwords. She was very professional and very helpful in answering all of my initial questions. After explaining my needs, we scheduled an appointed for Friday, July 16th (between 12 & 1pm). She notified me that Cameron will be the person coming out to give me the estimate and that if I had further questions to call her (she provided her direct line number). Ended call. Friday arrived. A few minutes past one and no Cameron. I thought maybe I miss heard and Elise said between 1 & 2pm. Two pm arrives and still no Cameron. Finally at 2:12 Cameron calls. He stated that he was sorry for not calling earlier (no reason given) and that he could be here at 3:30pm. I told him that 3:30pm would be fine. Well, 3:30 comes and still no Cameron. As it nears 4pm, I decided to cal Elise (to find out where Cameron was). No answer, left a voicemail explaining Cameron's no show & asked that she call me back with update. A half hour later, having not heard from Elise, I called Bay's office number. No answer, left another voicemail restating what I had mentioned above. It is now Sunday evening and I have not heard from anyone. I have had very good results using Angies list and this unfortunately is the very first time that a company has failed to come close to being a worthy mention. It's sad but it seems to me that someone (anyone) could have just picked up a phone and let me know what was going on. I will not be using nor will I recommend this coming going forward.
