I had specifically requested a site inspection when I explained that the issue was unusual, and even spoke to an Antimite service person I had dealt with before. The only response was several days later when I received a boiler plate contract for annual service for crawling pests, no inspection, no discussion, hence no understanding of the problem.
Antimite gave us a fair price. came on time for our service.
We had wood damage and roof roof damage during the process . They fixed the wood and are working on repairing our roof.
They seemed very honest and we would definitely recommend them
