Property Management
Unresponsive has the HOA board do all the work. Does not assist with any proposals. We got the Termite inspection report over a month ago and they have not contacted us with the options we should be taking. Unable to hire vendors immediately. Only wants to have formal board meetings and usually has to cancel any meeting with our vendor.
