I had some algae, and the owner offered to clean it off. The deck was basically at the entrance of my house, and the cleaning made it stand out like a sore thumb. I had to have him do the rest of it. The company didn't do it; he had a worker do it on his own time. That guy did the work on his own time and used too strong of a power. He actually tore up some of the pavers on my back patio. I wouldn't use them again. When they were working on the deck, the owner just left to go surfing. His workers didn't work under supervision. The price of their work was comparable.
