He could give me a D as a customer because I had something come up and he arrived right ontime.  He figured out most of what I needed talking to my wife but when I got home I realized she forgot to mention the dryer ventilation needed to come out of one of the screens.  He understood right away what I needed and came back a few hours later with the right solution.  It was nothing fancy (wood frame, metal screen, louvered vent outlet) but it fit right and took a coat of paint so that it looks great!  And no critters are going to get under my house.  I've been looking for a good handyman (the last one was busy when I reached him and he never called back) so I'll definitely use him when little jobs come up.

We are a property management company in Coronado and routinely use
Chris' handyman services.  Chris is very honest and lets us know ahead
of time how long he expects the project to take and how much it will
cost.  Upon completion, he always asks to make sure we're happy with the
result and gives us an invoice for his work.  We have had him do small
demolition, siding repair, drywall repair, window repairs, repair a
Pella door that was out of alignment.

Chris was very responsive, made an appointment with me the following day. He was on time, worked very quickly, and gave me honest and knowledgeable advice. He was incredibly nice and as soon as I showed him what the problem was, he instantly knew what to do to fix it. He explained what his plans were and thoroughly completed his plans. He called me to tell me when he was done with the work and sent me an invoice very quickly. His price was as promised, and very reasonable for the time he spent out there.

On time, pleasant, adaptable, and cheap!
