This service was scheduled on Monday morning for the following Wednesday (2 days later). I received email and verbal confirmation that the plumber would arrive at 9 am, but they never showed up.
The office has not replied to any of my voice-mails or emails since this time, and there is still a leaky faucet in my kitchen.
"I do apologize for the confusion....I did receive your email to confirm the appointment and we did stop by, knocked and no one answered. We then completed several other appt's in the building that day, We went back to the apt and still no answer. I have not received any other calls for missed appointments... We did have a Voice mail/Email problem for a few days with our provider. We have no problem returning the property to fix the situation. We are in these buildings almost on a daily basis and I have spoken to all Door men and no message was left at the desk about this problem..."
