Flooring
When we called him and told him about the problem, he said it was the quality of the floors and our problem should be directed to the floor manufacture. The floor manufacturer actually sent out an inspector and found the cause for the problem was because the installer did not use an under lay. We called Kiwi back and showed the report and he came with a crew and removed the brand new floors in splinters. Then he said "now we're even", basically. I had to purchase the floors again and have another company come and install them. How can he say we are even when he left, there were no floors and I have to buy all new floors for a second time. We are still out the 2.5 dollars per square foot of installation cost we wasted on this company not to mention the loss of the floors he installed.
