He showed up on time, gave us a recommendation for how to proceed. He warned us that with the age and condition of the door, it might be beyond repair once he had cut it open. We proceeded with the work which took 5 hours. For security reasons, it being our front door, he was able to do the structural part of the work and replace the door for overnight and then return the next day to finish the cosmetics. Nice job. Good cleanup.
