Phil was working on a house across the street.  We have a very large window in our living room and have has estimates before--usually around the $3-4k range.  Since he was in the neighborhood, we asked him for an estimate.
His pricing was the best that we've found!  He showed up on time for every visit and finished the job in the time promised.  He was super friendly and very professional.

Made two trips to store with two year old child to get an estimate on a front window replacement. Twice left contact information and scope of job. Twice was promised prompt follow up. Twice my requests went completely ignored. No follow up equals poor customer service.
