+ -1 moreCAVANAUGH WAS VERY BUSY WORKING ON PROJECTS LARGER THAN MINE, SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR HIS SERVICES, BUT WHEN HE SAID HE COULD BEGIN WORK ON MY REMODELING, HE AND HIS WORKERS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK RAPIDLY AND WELL. HE AND HIS WORKERS WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH DETAIL WORK, WHICH HE QUICKLY CORRECTED. AND I MADE SOME LAST-MINUTE CHANGES, FOR WHICH HE HAD TO RE-BUDGET AND ALLOT MORE TIME. HE DID SO WITH PATIENCE AND GOOD HUMOR.
Description of Work: BUILT FLOOR-TO-CEILING BOOKSHELVES; REMOVED WALL TO MAKE TWO BEDROOMS INTO ONE LARGE OFFICE/LIBRARY; COVERED FLOORS IN NEW ROOM WITH PERGO; RE-WIRED NEW ROOM; PLACED BASEBOARD THROUGHOUT HOUSE; BUILT OBSERVATION DECK IN BACKYARD; PLACED SUNLIGHT SHAFT IN HALLWAY.
