Vic came to our house right on time. He walked me through the process and sat down with me to describe the company and the products in detail. All products are made in USA with warranty and the fact the Vic is local is very comforting. Vic definitely provides that local touch you would never get from a big box company. He's very honest and doesn't try to make a sell, he gives you what you ask and gives you all the information for you to decide for yourself. My house had old RO water filters and noticed they were old, so he installed them for me as well as a service to me and my family. He also noticed my water pressure regulator was old and replaced that for free as well. Incredibly professional, thorough, and personable!! The service even extended to after installation follow up!! Above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction. The system itself is flawless. Purified water quality is ahhhmazing. The soft water leaves no residue at all to my shower , and sink bins. I’m seriously thinking impossible right! But no I have verrrry limited water residue to the glass, my showers are glossy! Skin is so soft and my fabrics from washing are subtle and soft. Where has this product been my whole life. I recommend 150%!!

Great service! Vic gave me several options to choose from. I went top of the line cause thats just the way I roll. We set up an install appointment that worked for my crazy schedule and he showed right on time. He even called to let me know he was on his way an hour ahead of time. The install was a little difficult because of the age of my home. He handled it all with professionalism. and cleaned up everything when he was done. It was as if my system magically appeared. My wife and I are now enjoying crystal clear drinking water and bathing in bliss. The dishes come out of the dishwasher spotless. We are using less soap for laundry. Even our food tastes better. Vic has followed up twice since the install and I have had no problems with my system to report. I also signed up for Vic's filter maintenance plan so I don't have to hassle it myself. Total convenience. I highly recommend V and C Water Solutions to anyone ready to clean up the poison our water district serves us.
