While driving from the center to my brother's house, trailer came off the hitch and after ramming the back of my truck multiple times then also broke loose from chains that were inadequately looped to truck and trailer.  Trailer completely broke loose and almost collided with several parked cars.  Before breaking loose trailer rammed into rear of ball joint on axel - puncturing it.   Repairs to truck were approx $300.  Trailer was not correctly locked onto hitch ball and chains were not correctly looped to secure trailer.  Manager at U-Haul could not be reached and then when we finally got a hold of him he was completely rude and unresponsive.  Neither the U-Haul Center of Corona nor the company as a whole ever compensated me for their negligence.
