Mike arrived before scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He gave us an estimate and started the repair. There is a security screen door installed in front of the sliding door so the repair was done without the door being taken out of the frame. The rollers were replaced quickly and the door is now working correctly.

On time, fast and fixed exactly what was broken with no hard sell for more. Great job!

Mike arrived early on the date and time promised.  He had all the tools and parts necessary to quickly repair the rollers on our very heavy double pain glass sliding door. Mike was in and out in less than an hour. He made the repairs that we discussed and we are VERY PLEASED!

I needed nearly every screen door replaced and the sliding doors fixed on both the outside of the house as well as many of the closet sliding doors on the inside. Mike came out on Thursday, April 3 and replaced all the sliding door wheels, cleaned cleaned all the tracks, replaced or fixed all the screen doors, and repaired all the sliding mirror doors inside the house. It was quite a bit of work. There were five screen doors that needed to be fixed and the glass doors behind them, as well as three sliding mirror doors inside the house. All of these were heavy, and the dining room doors are oversize. Mike get a great job. Everything works correctly and opens with ease. The new latches he installed work great. Very professional job. Very happy with the work.

He did an excellent job on the door, but tracked grease or oil inside on the rug. I offered to put down a drop clothe, but he didn't want them.

He responded quickly to my phone calls and was flexible about the day and time I needed the service done.

I called for an estimate, he came over the next day and we set up the work for the following day. He had a change in schedule and asked if he could do the work immediately. It actually made it easier for me and I think it only took 2 hours total. Great job, I hadn't even been able to open one of the doors for years. I was very pleased with the results and would absolutely use the service again.

Our sliding glass door was jamming/sticking. I called Mike up and left a message - within the hour I received a call back. On the phone, I told him the problem my door was having and he explained two different solutions and included estimates. (He charged the lower estimate). We scheduled an appointment for later that week. The day of the appointment, he showed up earlier than scheduled, was great to talk to while he worked and he took care of the job in about 30-40 minutes! He was great. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends and will use him in the future if need be!

Mike is great to work with. He showed up when he said he would. He kept to his estimated repair cost, actually he charged less. Cleaned up what he messed up and left everything as he found it. He did not ask to leave the trash with us, he took it with him. He is a busy man which I can believe from the work he did so you may have to call twice to get him. We did play a bit of telephone tag, not all on him as we are busy too. Once we made contact and set things up, he met his commitments, arrived timely and was great to work with. His work is outstanding. Will use him whenever we need service like this again.

The repairman came on tiime, did the job quickly and cleanly. I was happy that I didn't need to replace the sliding door.I should have called for service sooner; I struggled for months with a sticky door, and now it slides back and forth like new.

It was at a rental property and it was a low maintenance visit. They came and did the work and fixed the issue.

Michael Broders called me back the same day I left a message at his number. He set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. He arrived exactly on time. He was professional and personable. He removed the sliding glass patio doors from two rooms, expertly removed the broken old plastic rollers, and replaced them with double metal rollers. He also replaced the rollers on the screen doors for both patio doors. He determined that the tracks did not need to be replaced, which showed that he was honest and wasn't inflating the work to make extra money. He worked quickly and accurately. He cleaned up everything well. The heavy doors with double pane glass now glide like new! I'm very pleased with his work. The price for fixing two patio doors and two sliding screens was a fraction of what a new door and installation would have cost. Although I wish it cost less, I realize that I paid for his expertise, experience, competence, and professionalism. I would definitely call him again and refer him to personal friends.

I called for an estimate for sliding door repair on a Saturday and my call was returned within the hour. Mike informed me he was on vacation for the upcoming week but still attempted to schedule an appointment. I was immediately impressed. We ended up making the appointment for the following week due to my schedule. He arrived for the appointment early, and was professional. The repairs were made 2 days later after obtaining the needed parts. I found Mike to be very efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely use his services again.

When I tried the sliding glass door, I could open with a finger and told him and quot;I should have done it a long time ago! It is excellent!and quot; He replied and quot;Everyone said so.and quot; It's well worth $400. I was very lucky to find him.

They saved me from having to get two new patio doors. The guy that came out to my house was named Mike Broderf. He was wonderful. The only problem is that it they don't line up with my screen door. I can't lock the screen door. I had him come back and he let me pay over a two month period of time. He said the patio and screen door never line up. The doors slide really nice. He was personable and nice. He arrived on time and cleaned up his mess. He was professional.
