Had Plumbing work done today.  Worked on water heater and made it earthquake safe. Great Job!

Called set-up apt, said they would call me back when service tech was on their way to my home. Service tech showed up - introduce himself, hand me his business card Told him what was going on with my Air Conditioner, did inspection, explained in great details and wrote out proposal on work that need to be preformed. Told me the company he works for gives free home inspections, had him attend to that.  Found I need earthquake straps installed on my water heater. Provided me with reading material, invoice and warranty Office called later to see how the job was preformed. Had wonderful service from start to finish

The company was recommended by our management company, and because of time constraints, and a tenant without hot water, we just approved the work without obtaining other quotes. However, after the fact, in checking around a little after receiving a bill I felt was way high, I discovered that every other contractor I contacted would have done the work for about $300 less. Top Notch was argumenative when I called to discuss the bill, and while they did knock about $100 off, they still way overcharged for the service.

This was a good experience. They were on time. They were courteous and very friendly. They were also reasonably priced. I would use them again.

I was told that they would be there between 8-12. At 11:20 someone called and said that they would be there within an hour. Jaime arrived at 12:03. I was pleased that I got the phone call. After Jaime diagnosed the problem, he spent a lot of time trying to get me the best deal on what needed to be done. There was no pressure for me to buy his services. He mentioned that if I was interested in a service agreement, I could sign up for it at any time. I thought he did a wonderful job. The heater looked brand new when he was finished and he cleaned up well after himself.

Top Notch is a great company. They care about their customers and charge reasonable rates. I care not to specify exactly what I paid this company but they were lower than other estimates I received. I am sure they would please all of their customers, as they pleased me.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO MY HUSBAND AND TALKED ABOUT THE POSSIBLY REPLACING THE AIR CONDITIONING IN TWO YEARS. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD. I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE COLD AIR. WE DIDN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING THROUGH THE HOTTEST WEEK.
