Description of Work: Living almost 2000 miles away and looking for a residence for our daughter to attend college, Tom contacted us and indicated he could help us find a suitable location. He listened to our needs, talked at length to my daughter, and worked extremely hard at finding a terrific deal in Riverside. Tom told us that he would only provide locations that he would recommend to his children...and he did. We are very difficult to satisfy, but Tom exceeded our expectations. He was always available and we had no issues being two hours apart. He was available at 6:00 am and sometimes as late as midnight (some of his emails were written after midnight). His knowledge of the real estate market in Riverside was astounding. He grew up there, lives and works in the area, and is always on the move somewhere in town. He sent us dozens of listings and would visit each site we had questions about within 48 hours. We were very active in looking but Tom was always sending the newest listings. He handled our frustration with the real estate market in Riverside in a very professional manner. We/He found a fantastic condo near downtown that wasn't even listed yet. He dealt with the owner and our offer was accepted...all in one day. WOW! We walked us through the bid process and we had a contingency that if we didn't like it, we could get our earnest money back even though we couldn't get to CA for two weeks. No need as we loved it when we got there. He even made sure all concerns were covered after we left. We highly recommend Tom.
