Tom was prompt and responsive even though it was a minor problem. He was also very courteous and professional.

Tom came out to give me an estimate and was punctual, very professional and very friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and suggested a number of innovative options but in the end I went with another electrician because I like a couple of his suggested fixes. But it was very close and I almost went with Tom.

I called Tom on the 23rd. He said he would come over the next day. Apparently switches and plugs weren't working; Tom figured out what was wrong and repaired them. When the painting is done downstairs I will have him do the electricity there.
