Description of Work: On the day they were to begin repairing my sprinkler system they did not show up. After calling to find out why, I was told they were behind in their work but would be out the next week (a phone call would have been appreciated). After the work was completed I noticed that one of my sprinklers was watering my neighbors driveway, there was also a new leak in the front yard. My son turned the control off where the leak was. They sent "Abel" out to fix it. He claimed that he saw no evidence of the sprinkler being out of wack. He also claimed to have fixed the leak in the front . I then asked that Sunshine send someone out to explain to my husband what they had done (he wasn't here when the work was completed). They sent Cory and Abel. Twice I went outside and tried to ask questions but was made to feel that I was interfering and not welcome (it was their expertise). During my interruptions I asked if the water had been turned back on in the front where the leak was. I was assured that it had been but I always felt that I was being dismissed. After about two weeks I noticed that my plants in the front yard were turning brown on the tips of their leaves. I sent my son out to investigate and sure enough, the leak had not been fixed nor had the water been turned on. My husband fixed it. Then we began to notice brown spots where the sprinklers weren't hitting in the back yard. I had another company come out and they actually laughed at what Sunshine Landscaping claimed to have done. I would NEVER use them again.
