Southern California Patios

Abominable company! Their business model is to sweet talk clients with promises of stellar customer service and workmanship. Don’t believe it! During my patio cover build they deviated from the agreed-upon structure, and they then caused a dangerous, but relatively easy-to-fix electrical short problem at my home. Their response to my many requests for help was first to make a number of appointments at my home--all of which were no-shows on their part. They then denied my request to speak to the owner, Kyle Kelly, and went on to ignore my further attempts to contact them by phone, text, or email. I finally sent a certified demands letter to the company that was also ignored. Meanwhile, I still have a dangerous structure that violates the contract on my property! It has dangerous electrical problems while sitting adjacent to my pool. Don’t believe their claims of exceptional BBB and online reviews--it only means they have deleted mine at the very least.

Matt and Steve did an excellent job removing our existing patio cover. Then did another outstanding job installing a new alumiwood patio cover. The outlets and motion light installations went well too. It is great to have outlets just where I wanted them. The location of the satellite dish was tricky and required some modifications to the new patio cover. Matt offered several options and the one I chose worked out great when the dish was reinstalled. The whole project came out great and we are thrilled with the results. Matt and Steve were very helpful and easy to get along with. They kept me informed throughout and gave me good options for every decision that needed to be made. Southern California Patios is a first class and very professional operation .

We are very happy with our new Patio Cover. We worked with Jamie of the OC division of SCP. All appointments were kept on time. His crew came and torn down our old patio one day and you'd never know it was there. Then came next day to build our new Alumawood Cover. Jamie worked with us to solve a mounting problem that involved rain gutters. After that the patio went up fast and when it was done it was beautiful. Jamie's crew cleaned up everything spotless, and moved our patio furniture and plants back for us. A few days later they came and installed our fan. I bid 3 other companies and these guys were the best price. Jamie explained how other companies inflate their bids for patios. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. With the money we saved we were able to get our fence painted and concrete stained to complete the look.

So Cal Patios set the poles in the ground before we had Calif. Custom Landscape come and put down the pavers. After the pavers were set.  They came back and finished puting up the rest of the patio.  They feature Alumawood products so the finished putting on the top.  It looks fantastic and has exceeded my expectations.  Kyle is very easy to work with, the price was reasonable and his crew is very efficient and particular.  I would highly recommend them.
