If this is the Rick Reynolds that lives at The Farm in Wildomar and does work there, I would recommend that would be better to pay him twice his rate to not touch anything in your house. My mother gave this creep free rent while he "fixed up" her house. As it turns out everything he touched needs to be torn out and redone (tile floor in the kitchen) and his little plumbing job (replacing the faucets in the bathroom) caused the sub flooring to be destroyed. We are fixing his "painting" in the kitchen and we're amazed at how shoddy the job he did is. Really quite incredible! He also skipped out on his end of his work-for-rent agreement, fortunately, as there would no doubt be more damage to repair. Better to give him free rent!
