Realty World Main Street

We are new at being landlords. We decided not to sell our old home when we recently bought a new one. We allowed family members to rent it for approximately a year and a half. When they moved, however, we needed to find new tenants and become landlords in earnest. Our real estate agent recommended Realty World Property Management, so we contacted them. Randy, the property manager, was very responsive. He came out and met us at the house, looked around, and gave us advice on what kind of rent we could reasonably expect. He found tenants for us even before the old ones moved out. We appreciate Realty World because they are in close proximity to our rental property. In addition, they already manage another home just like ours in the neighborhood. So far, we are very pleased with this family-owned business.
