He runs a family-owned business. He came along with our realtor. He had already done the initial report for the realtor. He had sprayed inside the house. He has an interesting policy wherein you can pay a small amount for four years and it gives you warranty on the work done by him for the next four years. His prices were a little bit expensive, though. However, we have no source of reference for comparing his prices, as our house is in a different city. He showed up on a Saturday night and explained everything to us. He was very conscientious. He was the only one who called us back, out of the many companies that we had called. He was very good. We?ll hire him in the future.
