Drain Pipe Installation, Flooring
Joe is very thorough in determining the problem that needs to be fixed and careful to explain exactly what needs to be done. However, he was here for 4 hours doing the estimate. The problem was his employees did not remove all the old flooring so we will have to pay for that before we can have new flooring installed. The sub-floor has gaps, some filled with shims and is not even with the other sub-flooring. The drain is sticking up above the ground, subject to be broken and looking awful (it is white plastic pipe). This is a company specializing in mobile homes and this is a mobile home. I have written to Mr Sola after being dissatisfied (this is the 2nd time a job has not been completed properly) and have had no response.
