Description of Work: Late 1 hour. Some minimal damage. Al seemed to know what he was doing but several of his movers did not. Al did not seem to have these guys experienced in moving. They often did not know what to do win he was giving orders or direction in moving some items. They did not move piano. Had to get separate movers for piano. Overall, B experience.
