My experience with the owner William was awful. He promised big and delivered nothing. He never showed up to do the work on the days he said he would. He didn't come prepared when he would come. He always had some emergency come up and I would spend the entire day waiting around for him. He subcontractors even warned me that he is a dishonest man.
