"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you were so dissipointed with our service, that you had to take it out in your review! We always are very clear about our prices when giving a quote over the phone. We always state that we charge a flat rate per screen. We also gave you a 2 hour window and we had to wait 20 min. for you to arrive. You seemed agitated when you finally got there, and left prior to us completing the work! Part of our service is to remove and re-install the screens. Convience is part of the reason we are more expensive than doing it yourself. You did try to do it yourself, hence the reason you contacted us! I apologize That you counted 6 screens when you actually had 9 screens. We take pride in our work and you can see by our 20 A ratings on Angie's List! It's always easy to vent using this review rather than just picking up the phone and calling regarding our workmanship."
