Clark is a very personable man and at the same time does not waste any time getting right to his task. He completely inspected the house from to to bottom and then took us on a tour of what he had found. He explained to us what he considered to be minor problems and why . . . there were no major problems uncovered during the inspection. He took many photos and many notes. Our report was available the evening of the following day, as promised.
