+ -1 moreIf you are a low maintenance landlord and are looking for a property manager that is not proactive he would be your guy.
Description of Work: The owner is Skip Bresler. He is the least expensive property manager in the area. With that said you get what you pay for. He is available seven days a week, but he is unresponsive. He will get things done for you but it requires follow up. He was not proactive at all. For example, when our tenants paid late we had to follow up with them personally instead of him doing so. Same went with when our tenants had issues with their garage door they called us because they liked working with us better. He charges 6% of the rental fee.
