 + -1 moreI asked for a return authorization number and they refused to allow the return. I questioned this policy for on-line purchases. They then proceeded to tell me that I took the risk by shopping on-line. Then they hung up on me.
Description of Work: This was an online purchase for a pair of Lacrosse gloves. The descriptions for sizing was vague. When they arrived my son tried them on but they were to small. We tried to return them via the mail and the package was returned to me with a notation that I needed a Return Authorization Number. Then I called them for a Return Authorization Number and was denied. They claimed that the product was a clearance item and could not be returned.
