L & H Painting

Stay away! They are too fast, too dirty, poor quality and RUDE. They rush to get done and leave your house a mess.
Their paint coverage was poor and I had to ask to come back and repaint areas.
They used my new kitchen sink to clean their dirty paint buckets and scratched it.
The owner Tom is as rude as can be; in fact everyone there is. Except the painters-
they smile and nod and don't speak a word of English. There are far better, more reliable
painters out there!

Our realtor recommend them and then saw there were also on Angie's list. We were not here when the work was being done and the house was empty. Some of the holes in the walls were not patched- but overall the paint looks good.

Being a Realtor I have used L and H for the last 5 or 6 years and not one of my clients has been disappointed! They only use the best paint (Dunn Edwards) and typically send a team of 4 people to do the job. Most jobs are completed in 2-3 days for a complete interior paint job and these guys (and gals) work hard and fast! They have now completed over 40-50 jobs for me and you will not find another painting company that comes close to matching their price, quality, or speed.

We heard about this company from our realtors and though we did our kitchen and bedroom painting ourselves, we wanted to hire professionals for the downstairs family room, the stairway (which went higher than any ladders we had) and the ceilings. We were not disappointed! The painters were efficient and did a beautiful job - we got so many compliments from friends who said the paint really made the place look brand new. The owner also made sure to go through the area with us and note areas where prior owners had coated doors and other surfaces incorrectly, noting that the paint may not adhere to the doors as well because of it. Nevertheless, we haven't had any trouble with chipping so far, so they did a great job. My only advice is that this is a family owned business, so if you decide to add on more rooms or things to be painted, give them a heads up.

WOW! I have used painters in the past but none have compared to the trio from Land H Painting. Mr and Mrs Song and Pasquale were amazing. They were prompt and professional and did an excellent job. I have recommended this company to many that have asked how our home remodel was progressing. I definitely will use Land H again and specifically request this trio. They shared they have worked together for many years and it shows in their teamwork. Land H pricing was very affordable. Excellent find on Anglie's list.

They are very well priced, always start and end on time. Their work is very lcean and they will come back to do any touchups that might be required.although it seldom is.

They are good, polite, professional, worked all day, have minimum time for launch, had small crew, did a great job, very detailed in work, and appreciative.

The estimator arrived at the agreed upon date and time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in suggesting paint options since this was a house of a former smoker. We set up the appointment for painting on the spot - two weeks from the estimate date. This is their typical time frame - which was very helpful to me. The painting company called a week later and inquired if I would mind them coming a week early. I had no problem with the date change and the painting was done in two days. I am very pleased with the paint (Dunn Edwards), the quality of the work done, and their cleanliness. I will definitely use them again.

Painters arrived promptly as scheduled and painted entire interior of house and garage in 2 days. They painted all ceilings, trim, doors, and closets on first day, and colors for the walls on the second. Taped plastic over everything, so we found no drippings or overspray. Trim work was done to perfection. Painters were efficient, professional, and friendly.

Everything went well. They had the most competitive bid and did good work.

There was a little bit of a communication problem, at least for us. Their accents were very heavy and made it hard to understand and we were never quite sure if we were being understood. That was the reason for the 'B' in professionalism. The people, estimator and painters, were very nice, though. We thought they said there would be 3 people but there were only two making the job last longer than anticipated, not sure if that was a misunderstanding or someone got sick, but they tried hard and the price was very reasonable.

Fast, professional and VERY reasonably priced. We had 4 bis for our work - one was double the cost of this project cost.They came recommended by our real estate agent who had referred them to two other clients who were thrilled with the project outcome AND price.
Do trust them: Tom is the owner and reviewed his detailed estimate before work began -- we added two addition smaller projects to the work and he accomodated us nicely. He's a no-nonsense kid of guy - honest, to the point and there to work. His team were friendly and pros as well. Protected our property, prepped well and finished in 2 days!
Highly recommend them - will use them in the future for other interior projects as needed.

I had just purchased my home in California and wanted to get the first floor painted before my furniture was moved in. I called Land H Painting for a estimate. The gentleman came out on a Saturday, examined the rooms...kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, stairway, and office. He clearly explained the process, provided me a copy of his insurance coverage, and a written estimate.

The before they were to begin, one of the crew called to confirm and provided the ETA for the next morning. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took great care to do the prep work such as laying down the drop cloth, taping plastic sheets over windows and cabinets, etc... They confirmed all colors for each room. They were very neat and orderly.

I took the day off and worked from home. You could hear a pin drop. They began at 8am, took 45 min for lunch, and finished the entire job and clean up by 6pm. The 3 crew far exceeded my expectations in both professionalism and quality. I never heard a word unless they asked me to confirm something.

I would not hesitiate for a moment to call these people again for painting needs.

They originally gave me an estimate but raised it afterwards. They were sloppy and damaged my countertop and sink. They cleaned their dirty paint brushes in my new sink AND they scratched it up with their pain cans. The owner is very mean and would offer NO help and in fact denied they did damage though he was never there when he crew painted. He hires crews he doesn't even seem to know. None of them spoke English. The owner shows up to give quotes but NEVER is there when the work is being done and he never checks on their work. They are VERY INFLEXIBLE. Don't expect any kind of customer service! There are much much better painters out there. I'd say trying ANYONE else but them. DON'T USE Land H PAINTING. They pretend to have offices in Sun Valley and Orange County and Corona and many other places, they are all the same office, only one. Also, they go by other names like Land S Painting. They must be hiding from others who are unhappy like I was.

They are very reasonably priced and do a great job. They only use the best paint. They are always on time and do a very quick job. They tape and use plastic. They Spackle all the cracks. I recommend them to others.

The guys that he hires to do the work don’t even use masking tape and they can split colors perfectly. They do a beautiful job, good work. They are on time and spent at least an hour or two just cleaning up before they left. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and hire them again.

It took them 2 days to finish the work. It looks good.

Generally, they did a good job. Only complaint is that they didn't clean up as well as I hoped after they were all done.

They did all this for about a third of what everybody else wanted to charge me.

I ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO 3 OF MY NEIGHBORS. THEY COME OUT AND DID THE COLOR SAMPLES. THEY ARE THE FIRST COMPANY THAT I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THAT I FELT LIKE THEY WEREN'T SCREWING ME OVER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND THEY DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING ON THE GROUND OR CEMENT. ALL OF MY FRIENDS RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
