Jeff Davidson arrived on time as scheduled and spent nearly 2 hours reviewing our home and providing us with recommendations of what repairs/changes would help bring the greatest value to our home when we sell. Due to family circumstances, we are not sure when we will need to sell. We were very impressed with Jeff's professionalism in making recommendations for marketing our home and what his firm can do for us to help us get the best price possible for our home. He promptly followed up with promised information. We are impressed with his follow through and appreciate that he did not pressure us into an immediate sale of our home -- he respected our circumstances and provided great value for the this Big Deal special. We will definitely stay in touch with him as our circumstances change.

It went fine, Mr. Davidson brought comps to show us and discussed what he does as a realtor, talked about the housing market and why we should choose him to sell our home. He mentioned if we use him, he will give $500 credit for using the Angie's List deal (is where the "$500 value" stated in the deal comes in).

Jeff was able to meet all my expectations. He is professional and got information to me quickly. This was the 2nd time I used him and have nothing but great things to say about him.
