I used Zia for two repairs/install. The first was to fix my crashed computer which I was unable to fix with assistance from Cox Complete Care. Zia did the job and got me back up and running. He is very professional, courteous, polite and shows up on time. I hired him again when it was time to replace my existing computer and replace the outdated Microsoft Outlook which is being phased out. Again, pleased with the services. Zia noticed my Cox email storage was almost at max. We called Cox to get it additional storage, but they are phasing out of the email portion of their services. So Zia configured archive files so that I could resolve the issue. I was happy he noticed this and I was able to still receive my email. Highly recommend Zia.

I hired this company for 2 problems, but I had 2 others also. The 1st was gnarly; involved phone time, passwords, uninstall, reinstall...all done calmly, efficiently, pleasantly. The 2nd wasn't even a problem, it turned out. He talked me through the other 2 problems while the download was happening. And switched me from wireless (slow) to ethernet (fast), a problem I didn't even know I had. This is where the home visit is better than the remote access approach. It's like he removed a splinter from my hand and a stone from my shoe, and dust from my eye. His tech skills were obvious (I am not qualified to evaluate them). A gracious soul, who listened, understood, and took care of everything and more. Worth twice the price. Cannot overstate my gratitude and satisfaction. Even my touchy dog liked him.

I had been having issues with my computer for quite some time now. I hired another company first and was not satisfied with the outcome as my issues persisted. Thank goodness I found Infotech Management here. Not only was my computer repaired and my issues corrected but our tech was incredibly knowledgable, thorough, listened to all my computer complaints and resolved all my issues fast and for a very fair price.
