Good Peebles Tile

I have never dealt with a more thorough, honest, professional, attentive, and talented contractor. Matt completely remodeled my bathroom. Converted the tub into a beautiful walk in shower, removed a wall dividing the bathroom and did drywall patching, changed vanity and toilet and added a bidet toilet seat. Everything went smoothly, on time and turned out exactly as I expected. Matt truly takes pride in his work and is very meticulous and cares about the end product. He eliminated some bad tiles without me even asking. He adjusted his work hours to accommodate our work hours. He even went to the extent of taking all of the empty boxes left from tile, vanity as a courtesy. Choosing Good Peebles Tiles as your contractor for your bathroom renovation is the best decision you'll make. I would recommend him to ANYONE, friends and family alike! Can't wait to call him for our next bathroom renovation.

With all honesty I could not say one bad thing about this project or the two man crew that completed it.  I had contacted Matt almost two years ago and looked at a job he was doing in Norco it was beautiful and I knew then he was my man.  Due to issues on my end though I had to put my project on the back burner.  When I was ready I contacted him and got a start date of March 28th and was told the project would take two weeks.  He said he would be at my house at 7am.  He was there every day on time for the two weeks.  The project was completed on time even though we changed things along the way.  The first day he spent almost the entire day just preparing.  He completely covered everything.  The hard wood floors were covered with thick cardboard.  Walls of plastic were put up to prevent dust from getting all over the house.  The steps on the stairs were each covered individually with cardboard to prevent damage.   This preparation alone made my wife extremely happy.  Matt works with one other guy who he gets along with very well.  All breaks were taken at the house, lunch was eaten on the job site, he never left from the time he got there till the end of the day unless it was to get an item relating to the job.     The quality of work was absolutely outstanding.  Attention to detail outstanding.  He was able to make several changes along the way as my wife saw things come up that she wanted different.  The bottom line, the next time I need tile work done, this is the guy that will do it.  He was, I'll admit, just a little more expensive then other estimates I had gotten, but after seeing that job he had done in Norco, I had decided on him.  After seeing the job he did for me, I'm glad I did.  You get what you pay for and he was worth every penny.

Matt preformed way beyond our expectations.  He came out very fast to see the job and was very personable and reasonable with his pricing.  He did inform us that he was about a month out if we wanted to get the job done (which I think is a GREAT sign).  We agreed and hired him to do the installation of the flooring.  His craftsmanship is absolutely superb!!! He payed great attention to details on how we wanted it done.  We decided to do the tile in a herringbone pattern and let me tell you does it look great.  What else can I say?  Matt was a great find on Angie's List and YELP.  Both of the reviews matched with how great of a worker he truly is.  He definitely is a master at his trade.  We are going to hire him again to do the entire house in porcelain wood grain tiles. It's hard to find great people that do a great job.

Responsiveness/Follow Up:
I reached out to Good Peebles Tile (Matt) back in mid-September. He said he was booked until late October, but still came out quickly to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to put down tile in one of our bathrooms. He said he could work on our project at the end of October. True to his word, he came at the end of the month and completed our tiling project. This is important to me, because it shows great follow up on Matt's part. I think businesses following up with their customers and doing what they promised to do is becoming a lost art. Our project was small and Matt could have easily have bumped us for a bigger project, but he didn't, he made us a priority.
Quality of Work: 
Matt was very meticulous, and the work he did was great. He carefully explained how he was going to do the job and why. An example of his attention to detail; he inspected all the boxes of tile I bought for him to install to make sure the lot numbers were the same, so that the color of the tiles were consistent (something I would have never of thought of, I just grabbed boxes of tile that looked the same). 
Punctuality/Professionalism:
Matt and his partner showed up when they said they would. They were always very polite and professional. 
I appreciated the work Matt did, and would use him again.

It went very well. We've used Matt previously. We hired him to tile our newly remodeled kitchen and to put in a backsplash. Everything came out beautify. He has always been on time and a very clean worker. He never left a mess or things to be picked up
