Fresh Start Home Cleaning

I just finished trying to pick up my one and only paycheck just to be denied because they 'lost' it?? While they were ignoring me standing there waiting for them to sort themselves out I watched as several other employees showed up to collect paychecks only to be denied as well. One employee was told they were not going to pay him at all for services he had rendered. They lied about everything at their onboarding: no training was actually given, supplies we're not actually given, shadowing senior employees was not actually scheduled, jobs scheduled according to employees addresses to cut down driving times was not actually done, hours scheduled were only 2 hours per week instead of the part-time or full time that was promised. They also do all of their business out of a Panera Bread?? No actual office or residence. After being ignored for 45 mins I finally told them that they had to mail me my check. They originally denied that they would/could do that. Needless to say I quit and told them they didn't have a choice. During the two weeks of my employment I also received a mass email (about 80 people cc'd) with a long list of employees with all of their personal information; SS#'s, addresses, full names, dates of birth, etc. Their response was to say 'disregard'. 😳 I've included my 'final' paycheck in this post. They apparently didn't know how to fill it out. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR HOUR THEIR SERVICES. 😡

House Keeping is amazing you guys and the girls are awesome my house always looks so clean And smells great but Carpet Jay does awesome and the windows are cleaner than they’ve ever been in the last 20 years ❤️?

The job was OK. They did a good job in the bathroom showers and sinks but i found a dirty floor behind the toilet in the bathroom downstairs. I wasn't terribly displeased but I wouldn't hire them again. I found the quality overall to just be OK for a 4hr job on an empty house.

Sold my house and wanted to leave it clean and fresh for new owners. Jazmim and Tifanny did an excellent job. They cleaned and wiped down ceiling fans and light fixtures, cupboards, closets, baseboards, window sills, counter tops. Vacuumed and cleaned luxury vinyl plank flooring like a pros, leaving no streaks! Cleaned and shine porcelain tile and fixtures in bathroom, and finished with kitchen cleaning greasy range hood, and shining up glass top range, stainless steel sinks, and granite counter tops. With so many things happening at one time during my move, these ladies were quick and through and professional. I'm glad I found Fresh Start Home Cleaning on Angie's List.

Very good first time experience. I needed a very early a tart time. I received a confirmation call an hour prior. Marcia rang my doorbell an hour later. She was very thorough.

I have bi-weekly service. The thing I love about this company is that they always show up. They may send different cleaning ladies, but they don't cancel on you. I have had to fire 3 previous companies due to excessive cancelations. Their pricing is better than most competitors and they do a good job.

The service was okay overall, but we've since terminated their services. They were a good company to work with, but we're looking into another option.

The service has been pretty good overall. They show up when they're supposed to and clean what they're supposed to. They are bonded and they've been trustworthy.

The service has been okay. I'll probably discontinue their service since it is too expensive and also because they send different cleaners each time, instead of the same cleaning crew.

They've done a good job. They follow through, but sometimes they need specific direction.
