This is the second Angie's List recommendation that has not been positive. I've had this service come clean my house four times now and they have not done a complete and thorough job any of those times. They've missed entire ROOMS in my house! When I've called to complain, they have sent people to come back and do a better job and it still hasn't been done. Again, complete rooms skipped. They also increased the original price I was given by $50 because she said she underestimated how much time it would take to clean my house. I agreed to it, but I don't think the price should have been increased. They knew the size of my house in advance. I was charged a premium for their first "deep clean" and they didn't even clean my bathroom! My daughter's bedroom bookshelves had never been touched. When I pointed it out, they asked my husband if we still wanted them cleaned. YES!! That is the whole point of hiring a house cleaning service! To have the entire house CLEANED!! They are very expensive, and do below par work. Keep looking-I know I will be.
