Fantastic, I was very happy with the finished product.

They were great, timely, they did it in time, they're communicative, punctual, having the job don right and on time is having all you ask for it and they actually went under our pressure, its fantastic, we couldn't ask for more.

We did not used the company but they were very nice and responsive. We did not need the service now.

Replaced wood rotted patio beams and facia, in areas where it was needed. |Scraped all facia and prepared wood for painting. |Rebuilt patio area that had been removed. |Primed and painted patio and facia. |Cut and broke out cement area away from side of the house. |Franco and his work team were good workers and pleasant to have around. They had to work extra h****** our cement removal and did so without grumbling and cleaned up beautifully. | |

He was very informative about my options. He did a great job installing it everything was clean when I got home I would have never known they were here if I didn't have a brand new skylight. I would highly recommend them.

Franco is a very nice guy. he was recommended by panters flooring, which did an outstanding job on my hardwood floors. the removal of the popcorn ceiling and subsequent texturing and painting of the ceiling came out fine. I believe that franco was doing the work with his helper. the problems came with the granite counter top. .the first installation had two very large seams on each side of the sink. so that was a no go. had them take that part of the granite out. I paid an extra 700.00 to get it done right. second time out only one small seam, problem so far so good but the grain goes in the opposite direction of the adjoining piece, now that really stands out. I should have cut my loses the first time. I am going to have it redone.. I Just don't understand why Planters flooring would recommend Franco for a kitchen remodel.

Called and received a prompt appointment to get a quote, on the day of the quote there was a lot of unexpected traffic and Franco called to let me know he would be late because of the traffic. He was friendly and professional. The day of the installation, he worked quickly, explained what he was doing and got my okay to proceed with his plan and did both parts of the job the same day. Cleaned up after himself and both the fireplace and the sun tunnel have been great! No issues have come up so far. I am happy with the job that he did.

The overall experience was very positive. When we get ready to remodel our kitchen we will definitely be calling on FAB Construction again. They take pride in their workmanship and Franco took the same care with our home as he would if he were remodeling his own home. It's very refreshing to find such an honest and hard-working contractor. We love our new bathrooms!

Franco has a great work ethic that is rarely seen anymore. He answers all your questions by explaining the whole process. He has exceeded every time line. We did not feel delayed or forgotten once. This is the first time I have ever felt that I could trust a contractor in my home and around my family. Using Franco will be the best decision you ever made. we had gone through three contractors before finding him, I wish we had found him first. He has great ideas that help you when you arent sure what direction to turn. I would and WILL use him again for our floors, new kitchen, outside decks and re plastering our pool. I have contractors in my own family and would use Franco first.... that says alot.

After we contacted Franco via his web site, he phoned to set up an appointment. Franco showed up on time and presented us with a detailed quotation to install a Velex sun tunnel in our guest bathroom. He explained the installation process and quoted a price. Impressed with his attention to detail and price structure, we then asked him if he could also replace our existing bathroom fans with quieter models. He gave us the option to purchase the fans in advance and told us what brands to look for and where to shop. We also asked Franco to install cabinet knobs on our new bath vanity. On the morning of our scheduled installation, Franco was on time (even parked in front of the house a bit early). Upon entering, he covered the floors with plastic and drop cloths, then brought in his tools. He was very respectful and stopped to patiently answer questions each time we interrupted him. Franco checked to make sure we were okay with the location of the fans and sun tunnel and also asked us exactly where we'd like the vanity hardware placed. Noticing that the new bathroom fan cover didn't quite cover the surface area of the previous fan, Franco asked is we had any paint so that he could touch-up the one-inch by four-inch area that was exposed, displaying his professionalism and attention to detail. Upon completion, he tested his own work and cleaned all surfaces thoroughly even sweeping up debris and wiping down the floors. He then asked us to do a walk-through to double-check that everything was completed to our satisfaction. This was a small job, but done professionally and with no hassle. Having just completed a major kitchen remodel, we were extremely pleased that working with Franco was not a battle. We were very pleased with the quality of Franco's work and asked him for an estimate on a bigger, outdoor patio job.

Franco installed the tunnel in less than 2 hours, he's extremely personable, courteous and organized. He laid plastic down during job, and swept up aperward. He answered my drywall phone call on a late friday 5 PM when other companies put on an answering machine.

I have had a window leak in my kitchen for quite a while and tried to tackle the repair myself. After several repairs without resolution, got several bids to fix these issues. I got a wide range of what the problem was and how to fix it. Franco, from F A B construction, gave me a bid that was in the middle of the others I received. He also seemed a have a good grasp on what would be needed. He also seemed amicable to work him. I went with him from a personal recommendation I know. I was not disappointed. On Day 1, Franco and Gustavo came to the house on time at the appointed hour. Gustavo quickly cleared the sideyard and prepped it for concrete. Franco and Gustavo laid down cloth and hung plastic to contain their mess. That was appreciated since I have a baby and a toddler. They opened up the kitchen wall above the window. Water was coming in at the window and above. We also found out that the window was installed wrong (surprise - sarcasm) and was actually not the correct size (surprise - more sarcasm). He laid down more cloth and plastic and opened up the room above the kitchen and found water. He answered all questions and showed and explained what was found and options in dealing with it. Day 2 and 3, Franco and Gustavo repaired the leaks coming in from the stucco and various other openings. The interior walls were repaired and textured. The paint was matched nicely. Another team of guys came and poured the concrete. They were respectful and efficient. Sidewalk turned out well. Interestingly enough, it rained the week after. No leak that we could see. Franco contacted us to see if any issues came up. Overall, Franco does very good work. He has attention to detail and has excellent customer service. I will definitely be using F A B construction again.
