EXCELLENT, THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO. THEY EVEN GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PUT DOWN THE CLEAR COAT PROTECTANT. THEY EVEN DID IT A COUPLE OF TIMES WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. I THINK THAT WAS NICE OF THEM. EVERY TIME THEY COME I SEE THE DIFFERENCE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE REASON I SAY THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL, HAVING THE WOOD AND TILE, IT TAKES A CERTAIN TYPE OF PERSON TO SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIALS. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
