Description of Work: Met with him and discussed work wanting to be done, he seemed nice enough, just waited for estimate to go forward with work. Have not heard from him since...have left several messages still no response with estimate. If he was too busy to take work he should have let me know up front, I will find someone else to give my money to.

+ 0 moreOver all my husband and I could not be more pleased. We had applied to the County of Orange for a long term loan for home repairs, we are seniors and on a fixed income. The loan was approved after 3 years and several contractors came to our home and placed bids. We selected the median bid, which was submitted by Diego Construction. Diego himself, oversaw all of the work and made sure everything met with our satisfaction. He was honest and always available whenever we needed to ask a question or had a problem. We also had him privately for some electrical problems since then and we still have his number and talk with him occasionally. Both my husband and I would use his services again and highly recommend him. In summation, we were apprehensive due to horror stories we had heard over the years because we were initially dealing with and putting our trust in strangers, but after several months of work on our home, we gained a friend we know we can trust. We ultimately took out a reversed mortgage on our newly remodeled home and paid the loan off in a lump sum. Mr & Mrs Robert Cooper
Description of Work: Complete remodel of our older home: Remove old roof and replace with new. Remove old stucco and apply new entire outside. Remove and replace all windows with dual paned windows. Remove and replace all sliding glass doors with dual paned glass doors. (3 sets) Remove and install all indoor edging and trim and replace with new. Remodel 2 full bathrooms, including flooring, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, bathtub enclosures and windows. Remodel kitchen, including vinyl flooring, sinks, all new counters/cabinets, disposal, doors, remove wall and install large counter top work space, dishwasher. Installed sliding mirrored closet doors in bedrooms. Install new carpeting throughout. Install electric garage door. Add new concrete driveway. Create new rear door from garage to the patio. Repair ceilings and walls due to old water damage, removed old wood, materials and installed new. Replaced termite damaged eaves throughout the exterior of the house.
