OUR EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIFIC! WE FELT OUR PURCHASE WAS A GREAT VALUE. THE PURCHASE WENT SMOOTHLY AND BUILDING IN OUR PHASE WAS ACTUALLY FINISHED 3 WEEKS EARLY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AFTER THE CLOSE OF ESCROW WAS GREAT. OF THE FEW PROBLEMS THAT WE HAD, SERVICE WAS PROVIDED QUICKLY AFTER REQUESTED. ONE CALL I MADE WAS OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY TIME PERIOD, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CAME ANYWAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
