 + -1 moreMy husband and I run a small business doing appraisals of homes. Our company performed a VA appraisal delivered in June of 2017. We also did a repair inspection and submitted the report in August of 2017. To date, we still have not been paid by Common Sense Mortgage. In fact, we have not received any communication or acknowledgement of our letters requesting payment. I recommend not using a company that does not pay their vendors.
