The big advantage to switching from our old provider to Comcast is that if you happen to be watching television or you're on your computer, it shows up the phone number for the person on your screen. So it's a convenience feature, we didn't even know about that, but we were having trouble with the other, not the provider or the people themselves but the product. We would get a lot of noise, it's very windy. We're in New Mexico and it is very windy here from time to time. And whenever you'd use the landline you'd get a lot of noise, static and that kind of thing. Since we switched it went away.

It's bundled because we have the computer and also the television through them and the phone now all together.

AT FIRST THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. TWO TECHNICIANS CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK TO BE DONE AND THEN LEFT THE JOB. A FEW HOURS LATER WHEN I WENT TO USE THE PC, I HAD NO INTERNET ACCESS AT ALL. I THEN CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO HAVE THEM WALK ME THROUGH ACCESSING THE INTERNET. WITH TWO FAILED ATTEMPS, I ASKED TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN SENT BACK TO MY HOME TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE FIRST DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A TECHNICIAN OUT, NO ONE EVER SHOWED. TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED BACK AND DEMANDED A TECHNICIAN BE SENT OUT. HE CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED, HE STATED THAT HOME REPAIR WAS NOT PART OF HIS TERRITORY BUT ASSISTED ME ANYWAY IN THE END. THE PROGRAMS HAD BEEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY. THE TECHNICIANS NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE IT AND WHAT THEY DID.
