Carpet In did not know what they were doing. They didn't know how to install over cable and I had to teach them, they didn't know how to stretch the carpet as they were installing it so it doesn't get waves, they were far apart in some places and in some they were too close, I think it was a total botched job. They came back about a year later and they tried to improve it a little bit. I have never seen such a horrible carpet job in my life.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE RESULTS WERE BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I LOVE MY KITCHEN AND I AM GLAD THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO BRING MY VISION TO LIFE.

THE CARPENTER CAME OUT REPLACED THE PADDING AND RESTRETCHED THE CARPET INSTALLING IT IN A NEAT AND EFFICIENT MANNER. THE CARPET IS HOLDING UP WELL. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF DEFECT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY THIS COMPANY.

THE FLOORING IN KITICHEN, DINNING ROOM AND ENTRY WENT WELL AND THEY DID IN IN A QUICK MANNER. THE FIREPLACE AND BACKSPLASH SEEMED TO HAVE TOO MUCH DELAY. HOWEVER I REALLY LIKE THE OVERALL RESULT.
