The first trip to our home Carla's housekeeping charged us $120 and did a fair to poor job, not cleaning window sills and tiles as instructed and promised. On the 2nd trip Carla's housekeeping had done a very LOUSY job. I had pointed out the same issues to the personnel staff, I unfortunately was not at home during these services. When I arrived I immediately called Carla (herself) to express my concern with the poor job done yet again on my tile and window sills, I started to calmly express my dissatisfaction with the work I felt I was already overpaying. Carla took a very hostile tone in telling me "it was impossible it wasn't done." I sat there arguing with Carla about the dirty floor which I was staring at, which Carla argued back and defended that was clean and spotless to "a floor she had never seen." After spending many minutes to get Carla to send someone to re-clean the floors, she became increasingly hostile and eventually stated "don't ever call us again." I was very disappointed in Carla's professionalism and would NEVER recommend this service to anyone, including my worst enemy. Good luck to you if you read this and still decide to use their service.

AMAZING service. We have used Carla's several times now (once every two weeks), and this is FAR AND AWAY the best housekeeping service we've ever had. In over 10 years of using housekeepers, this is the best.

The cleaners are nice, on time (if not early), professional and do a great job. I can't say enough about them...

They did an adequate job. They were very quick, but not thorough. Found lots of missed spots in the bathrooms, and they didn't spend much time trying to remove bathroom stains -- I ended up having to do it myself after they left. Two people spent about an hour and a half in a 1000 sq ft condo.

We are very happy with her. She's very communicative and if we have any problems or issues, she makes sure that she resolves them. We had a little issue with scheduling at first but she has been very good about working with us. We would recommend her. Her price is competitive for the area. She is not the only one that cleans the houses; she has a team. Sometimes they do run late but they will call to let us know.

My husband was not pleased with it. He knows that they would clean things and then they would miss some things. I am not tall enough to notice, but he noticed it right away. They did not do the floor as well as I thought they would do it. It is a tile floor. They did not clean it very well. That was not the only thing I was not pleased with.
