BUT...I'M NOT GOING TO SLAM THE BUILDER ...HE IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY SKILLED PERSON BUT DOES NOT HAVE THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS NEEDED FOR THOSE WHO ARE ADDING ON FOR THE FIRST TIME. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING, HE IS GREAT, BUT IF YOU ARE IN NEED FOR SOME HAND HOLDING AND SOME INTERACTION WITH A FRIENDLY AND CARING PARTNER, THIS COMPANY HAS A WAYS TO GO BEFORE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO BE DESCRIBED THAT WAY.
Description of Work: WE HAD 1250 SQ FEET ADDED ON TO OUR EXISTING 1400 SQ FOOT HOME IN GARDEN PARK.
