+ -1 moreI shouldn't have to pay until I get a working system. It has never worked since day one. One day it was 110 degrees out and I couldn't even get the refrigeration on in the first place. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use him. He is just no good.
Description of Work: I paid to have him put in a complete new outfit. I got a new system and from the first day I could not get the furnace to come on. He had to come out the second day and finally got it going. Sometimes I don't use it for six months. When I went to use it again, I had to have him come out to get it to turn on. This has went on for about three and a half years. He comes out twice a year. When he most recently came out, he tried to charge me $150. I refused to pay it because he never had the system working in the first place.

+ -1 moreHE WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. ALL OTHERS WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL NEXT WEEK. HE WAS VERY NICE AND PRICED RIGHT. HE ALSO LET ME KNOW OF ANOTHER PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH POWER GOING INTO OUR BREAKERS. I THEN HAD TO CALL OUR ELECTRIC COMPANY TO FIX THAT.
Description of Work: WIRING IN AIR CONDITIONER REPAIRED AND FREON RECHARGED. HE MADE SURE THAT THE WIRING WAS NOT HANGING AS IT WAS BEFORE SO THAT THE WIRES WOULD NOT GET SLICED AGAIN BY THE FAN AS THEY DID BEFORE.
