BUCK INTERIORS

Don't waste your time with this company. We had a small amount of interior drywall repair in our new-build home. Originally, I spoke with Samantha Buck, who seemed eager to start the work. She was very polite on the phone and easy to reach. Samantha said their minimum was $500.00. Both Tim and Ian came out to look at the job and confirmed the price. When we asked what their lead time was, we were told two days, that they, "were really slow and needed to keep their guys working." When we called to schedule later that week, we were told they just got a job and wouldn't be available for a week. Okay, no biggie. Both my husband and I tried to call Samantha about the start time but she would not ever pick up her phone or call back. I called a separate number and spoke to Tim. I scheduled with Tim for the following week. He told me that they are used to starting their jobs at 6-7 am. I am a night shift RN and explained that I can't be home at that time and would appreciate starting after 12 if possible. He told me his staff were "primadonnas" and aren't willing to start after 12 pm. We compromised at 9 am on Wed.. I was not able to re-arrange my schedule, so my husband TOOK THE DAY OFF to be home. Today is Tuesday @ 3 pm, the day before the appointment. I received a call from Ian Buck saying, "I was told to call you and reschedule you for next Tuesday." What!!?? Next Tuesday?! I wasn't even asked if that day would work! Or apologized to when I said that this change was really disappointing and inconsiderate, especially since we took time off work to accommodate their schedule. Of course, I called Samantha back and left a message to call me back with an explanation, and no surprise, she didn't call back. Unless you have a boat-load of time to waste and don't care about being dropped for another job the day before you're scheduled, I would steer clear of this business. They are simply not reliable.
