Carlos over promised and under delivered. I saw his reviews and saw the posted photos so we hired Bella Park. Bad decision. The process was nothing but problems and the still in finished product is of poor quality with a heap of things that still need to be fixed. Our concrete had to be poured twice ( he charged us extra even tho it wasn't our fault) and still isn't right. We have cracks that showed up within 2 weeks.There was damage to the house when removing the concrete. Our lawn he put it is not flat, it has lumps and bumps. Things were done haphazardly and when I brought up issues he told me to stop managing his job. There was no one from Bella Park Landscaping in charge of making sure things were done correctly the first time and many things had to be done twice. So much is done poorly.... Our pool pebble finish has permanent stains, areas of grass will not grow due to lack of proper prep, damage to our homes stucco.... and many more issues. Don't hire Carlos!

Carlos and his team are amazing! I never realized truly how much work goes into landscaping just watching them from beginning to end was a great experience and their deadlines were spot on. They showed great team work and it was always a wonderful atmosphere to have them around. Will definitely miss having them work on our front yard and backyard. Everything turned out beautiful from the concrete, turf, lighting to the built in bbq island. Every little detail was on point. Thank you guys. I will have to find more ideas to add to my backyard haha...for them to come back. I will definitely highly recommend them. Everyone who has seen our backyard and front yard are soo impressed by the work.

I am very glad we decided to hire Carlos and his team for our landscaping! We love our backyard!! Carlos truly brought our vision to life. In the beginning we had consulted other landscaping companies but what really stood out to us was Carlosâ  follow thru and customer service. His company set the standard. I am not one to ever leave reviews however after my experience with this company and specifically Don Carlos I would be doing a disservice not too. After meeting with various landscapers, Carlos was the only person who took the time to hear our ideas and gave us his vision to see it to fruition. He and his staff have been communicative and respectful from start to finish. They all offered ideas and assisted us in making our home far above reproach. This company has gone above and beyond to what we expected for services and even after completion they continued to stay in contact with us just to ensure we were happy and didnâ t have any concerns. By far the best company I have ever done business with as a home owner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to bring their home to life and to make it their forever home. The craftsmanship they offer for the price will beat any competitors out there.

I usually just offer recommendations and not so much promotion, however, we just had a pretty big concrete/sod job done and we could not be happier. Carlos was a pleasure to work with, his crew is great, prices are reasonable and any concerns that arose were handled without hesitation. He was recommended on here and out of the people we received estimates from, I am glad we went with him.

Bella Park, Inc. did an outstanding job transforming our back yard. They removed the dead grass and plants, moved a large fountain and added a beautiful pond and waterfall. They replaced the old ugly fence with a fresh new white fence (front and back) and 3 gates. Carlos helped us with the new design and was there almost every day getting feedback from us and making sure our project was going well. His employees were courteous and would clean up each day. Carlos allowed me to look at other properties to help me choose the right pattern and color for the stamped concrete. Additional water sources were installed to make it easy to work in my new raised planter boxes that Carlos crew built so I would not have to bend down to work in my new garden. Drip systems were installed in the zeroscape and planters all around the yard. We can now look out at night and enjoy our beautiful new yard with a new lighting system that features the fountain and waterfall, all controlled by my phone. The walkways are lit at night and it is a joy to look out at our new inviting yard. We live on a golf course, and many golfers will stop and come over to see our amazing yard that is now part of the entertainment as they play the course. Our project was done on time and on budget. I want to have Bella Park do my front yard now. We highly recommend Carlos and Bella Park, Inc.

I hired Carlos to help me with drainage problems in my backyard. I'm a single mom with limited income and very little knowledge of landscaping. I reached out and talked with 5 different landscapers who had various ideas about solving my drainage issue and quoted me a wide range of prices. I went with Carlos because instantly he made me feel at ease. He was able to determine the problem, articulate what needs to be done and gave a fair price quote. He also said it was important to him that I be happy with his work. His crew was ALWAYS on time and worked hard. We hired Carlos based on recommendations from a family friend. We hired him for front and side yard landscaping and are very pleased with the result we are no longer embarrassed about our dead grass, weed ridden yard and now have one of the nicest yards on the block. I came to know Carlos Martinez after I bought my home situated on 5 acres in DeLuz,, Temecula. Carlos was hired by the builder to restore the landscaping of a once magnificent estate that was abandoned for a couple years. He replaced the near acre of lawn and replaced enough plants to make an appealing purchase for me. That was only the beginning. Within a year I hired him directly to demonstrate his vision of how to make it a spectacular property. This vision did not need to be drawn out on a plan as we both understood each other very well. Each idea was appealing. He introduced fine manicured hedges of multiple varieties and colors along with borders of red and white roses, nearly 900 in count and stunningly placed agaves, cypresses and multicolored floral hedges that bloomed in borders and defined features brilliantly. A couple years later we hired Carlos again to change some of the existing slopes where he used his creative expression to carve a 6 foot wide path in the slopes and meandered through the property. He lined the pathways with exposed aggregate blocks on both sides, and by doing so, we gained access to the bottom 3 acres of our property. He lined both sides stunningly with rows of several different agaves that looked very architectural. We developed terraces and created a family orchard with meandering pathways of 36 fruit and nut trees. A year later we hired Carlos again to change our landscaping around the pool and he and his efficient crew worked on this project even while we were on vacation in Europe. Carlos came up with an idea to replace the once native plants on the slopes with philodendrons and jasmine. Even though we were gone. we entrusted him with his vision and we returned home with great delight enjoying his new creation. I have a nearby lemon grove and vineyard where I was having erosion issues on my slopes that were terraced. Carlos immediately came up with a solution to regrade the slopes for proper drainage into concrete V ditches and drainage collectors and he planted each of the terraces with olive trees and a variety of colorful annual flowers and hedges that outlined the terraces with other shrubs within that complimented the scene. I have never had an erosion problem there since and it always looks beautiful. A couple years later I hired Carlos to landscape a hilltop property which was a home with a former avocado grove. He created a new driveway, demolished the old concrete that surrounded the house and created new terraces in four areas within the driveway that allowed for additional parking. He created a patio deck to overlook the view over a slope and stacked the native stone on the vertical face of the poured in place concrete wall to blend in with the rest of the rockscapes. He also added two more terraces for sitting areas to take in the view sand filled the area with such a colorful assortment of queen palms, agaves, bougainvilleas, roses and other colorful shrubs. Since this was a corner property he lined the streets with blue agave and ground cover on over 1,200 linear ft. I'm always receiving compliments on this transformation. The irrigation and main water line were also installed. Carlos has the vision, his crew works quickly and follow his direction precisely. They have all the equipment for the completing the projects professionally. Carlos is consistently very honest , competitive, polite and respectful. He is an incredible resource on plant care and I call on him all the time. He is a wise man and a pleasure to talk to. I've had the pleasure to recommend Carlos to family and friends and they all are thrilled with his performance and the beautiful results. This is one trustworthy and creative man. You won't be disappointed!

I hired Carlos at Santa Ana Garden & Landscaping in 2017 to landscape our backyard. We have a large yard and I needed it done fast because we were throwing a party for 200 guests. Carlos had great ideas on how to best layout the yard, which plants to use, etc. He finished early and UNDER budget. The work was done so quickly that he was able to also landscape our front yard before the party. We have received a lot of complements on this work and it considerably increased the curb appeal of our home. Since that time, Santa Ana Garden has maintained the yard and installed new plants and mulch when needed. I have recommended them to several friends and family and have received good feedback each time. Carlos is a good guy and his crew does a great job.

I found Santa Ana Garden & Landscaping by noticing their sign on a neighborhood home where they had finished a job. The home looked beautiful. They were working at another home nearby, and I asked Carlos Martinez to stop by to discuss potential work at my home. I had lots of ideas for things I wanted done to a property that had been neglected for some time. Carlos was a pleasure to interact with from the very beginning. He was accommodating, friendly, easy to communicate with, receptive to my ideas and forthcoming with his own. We started our relationship one job at a time. For each project we agreed to he provided a bid price and schedule that he stuck to. He had a consistent crew that became familiar to us and worked hard. When a project wasnâ t what Santa Ana did directly, Carlos had a large cadre of other contractors that he drew upon, always overseeing and guaranteeing their work. The general landscaping contractor role he played was invaluable. A year after I first met Carlos, I still rely on him for any landscaping-related needs. Our home required the irrigation and drainage system be completely changed; the old system was inoperable and wasteful. Santa Ana put a new drainage and irrigation system in and worked to ensure that the property drained properly and the new plants received just the right amount of water. Carlos selected all the plants for the property after understanding our overall desire for a southwestern look and drought-tolerant vegetation. He helped design and installed a backyard concrete platform that has become a focal point for socializing. He regularly follows up to ensure all the plants are thriving and replaces, at no cost, any that arenâ t. Carlos made renovating a neglected property enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly, can-do attitude made all the difference. I couldnâ t recommend Carlos Martinez and Santa Ana more highly.

Carlos and crew are detail-oriented, professional and friendly. Our three acre yard has never looked better. Carlos has an artistic sense and is a master when it comes to selecting flowers and trees. We have also hired his crew for weekly maintenance.

We had a large project with lots of trees and plants. Carlos was amazing to work with. He has a lot of great ideas and helps create a vision for how your yard should look. He has a lot of knowledge about the various plant/tree options and brought a great variety of into the project. I am very pleased with how things turned out. Our front yard is the envy of our neighbors. They have great customer service too. Very responsive. We had a couple of plants die because of the summer heat and they came out and replaced them and made sure everything else was doing well. I would highly recommend them.
