He stands behind his protect if anything goes wrong. I initially ordered the wrong bed and he helped us out on the restocking fee and didn't charge us for the second delivery. He ate up more than half cost because of this and never had a mean face about it. He even threw in two free pillows. I would highly recommend to others. The delivery representatives were very respectful and did not cause any issues. We have already used him a second time and he helped us get a floor model at a great price. He is willing to work with your budget. They also have other products that other companies don't.
