MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. PRIOR TO BEING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE CALL, THEY TALKED ME THROUGH SEVERAL THINGS TO TRY ON MY OWN. IT WAS NOT A REPAIR I COULD MAKE, THEREFORE A SERVICE TECHNICIAN MADE A CALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR FURNACE PROBLEMS.
