It’s $40 a month for general pest control service. If you have any other type of pest infestation, they are really good about getting out there. Their price is reasonable. If I have an urgent need, they are out the same day. They are really good. They can do both interior and exterior. However, I normally don’t need interior because the exterior is sufficient. If there is something like ants in the house, then they come in and take care of that as well. Any emergency like that is free of charge with your normal service. Their responsiveness stands out. They come right out if there is an emergency infestation. They are very responsive to calls. They return calls very quickly. They are a small business. They are not a big anonymous type of pest control company. We had a rat infestation in our attic. There was an extra charge for it, but they came out and took care of the rats. We have never had any reoccurrence. All of their work is really good. I would use their services in the future too.
